While I certainly don't want to give the slightest credibility to Ditchdigger, we really do not know the terms of the PP, do we? Except that it is tied to the price of the common at a certain point in the not too distant future. But we don't know the exact pricing or the timing, do we?

Do we know if there is a floor and, if so, what that floor is?
