r.e stock split.most money managers ,especially these days ,wouldnt' care about the # of shares .after all it is the mkt cap of the float not the absolute number of shares.a split changes nothing about that.just brings in more hot money making the stock more volatile.so if you are aspeculator that would be good news but if you are an investor it isn't.i personally hope they wait.think about running a company and using the shares as incentive comp.having a highly volitile wild stock isn't helpful and actually hurts you. the float could also be increase by the company offering new shares though i'm sure the speculators would hate that. don't know if i have the time for my own thread.this is the most time i have ever spent on line at once.
