Way too optimistic for telco, Steve.

You're saying 90 percent broadband penetration (82 percent RBOC) in 5 years? You must be joking. RBOCs have their heads in the sand. They can't even maintain the POTS infrastructure, let alone get into gear on broadband. Believe they'll need negative sanction (stick) to move forward at your blistering pace. Carrot not enough (witness ISDN).

What am I missing?
