RE: GIGABUYS

DELL can leverage its purchase prices on GIGABUY resale items from companies which they do huge volume business with.

Thus items such as Disk drives, adapter cards, add-on memory and other peripherals and accessories such as printers from HWP , etc., can be sold by DELL at an advantage over BUY.COM , etc., due to the overall business volume.

So I would expect that DELL can sell some product at really low prices like Palm Pilots and adaptor cards but other low volume products may have prices that are merely competitive with the other stores.

Fortunately, price alone is not the only factor going into a purchase.
In these other terms and conditions DELL has a huge natural advantage. Hence, GIGABUYS success depends mainly on effective execution IMO.

Regards

JK
