John, I'm glad you find these conjectures to be humorous because we have not provided "proof" that Castle Creek has shorted.

In your laughter, you must not have considered there is no way of "proving" that they shorted, short of stealing their records.

Yet, anyone with an objective mind would consider why a transaction would be structured to allow for the investor to profit from a move in the stock in either direction, either down or up. One would consider why VLNC was forced to agree to a deal that risks unlimited dilution. And one would consider whether it then makes sense for the party to that transaction to use the tools that are at its disposal.

And oh, by the way, the short interest has increased substantially since Castle Creek first became involved. Of course it is humorous to consider they just might be hedging their investment rather than simply holding their shares waiting for the "big score."

What I find humorous is how the VLNC bulls are so willing to bury their heads in the sand to any scenario that does not coincide with "we are soon to be rich."
