EL--- I was very tempted to add 1/3 on Friday but held off. Depending on any news releases and the overseas mkts we may get a better idea of the open. I will not buy early Monday --- would not think of it prior to 10:00 am. At that time we may have a direction.

We are very close to the bottom IMO. Any drop below 28 would surely see me adding at the first uptick. From 28 - 30 I'll feel better giving up a couple points to see what can be SUSTAINED and get in higher.

My guess is the number will be made. I question if the revenue will be in line. If the number is where 5fer indicates and the rev is in line we fly-- if not it will be the 20s for sure. I do believe we will be around 35 prior to the earnings are announced.

My purchase price runs from 34 - 42. CPQ has done the same to me in the past. It is just a matter of time until all shares are in the black again... the last time it was a good hit like we are going through now it took around seven months.

At this time a profit is expected on all shares BUT it will be the last time I go through such turmoil for no reason while the mkts are heading to new highs.

To make myself feel better maybe I'll order a new DELL PIII ---

El: I definitely think that if it drops to $27 it will go to $25 and if it gets to $25 then it has to go to $23 (because it did before). At that point, you may as well start looking for $21 (because that's $2 lower). Once it gets there it will hit $20 (because that's a nice round number). If it doesn't bounce on $20, hold onto your hat because it's on the way to $15. $15 is no-man's land, as far as I'm concerned, which means that $10 would be a natural destination. At $10, margin requirements would change which would cause a massive sell-off to about $6. A stock never stops at $6 so we would be under $5. At that point new margin requiremnts would come into play, all the institutions forbidden to hold penny stocks would have to divest. I don't want to exaggerate - I think it would hold firm at $2.50 and then Jimbo will buy in quantity.

The good side to this scenario is that if you short it on Monday at $30 you could make 80%, and then cover your short and make a further 80% when it came back to $30.

Just a thought. Do your own due dilligence!
