<<<"Dear Sir, We do not know where this concern about 15C2-11 comes from, but according to our
securities attorney and friendly market makers, as soon as the suspension is lifted or expires, we begin trading on the bulletin board again.
Perhaps someone might inform shareholders.

Yeah, I've got one...Considering the current circumstances, I think Alex should refrain from suggesting to "inform shareholders" of ANYTHING through private E-Mail messages to internet-message-board-subscribers...

If LEAH has something to say...deliver it in a publicly-released announcement. That is the PRUDENT thing to do...especially NOW...considering the current situation.

Baldur, you may want to check the list of "temporary" suspensions at:

edgar.sec.gov

Of all the companies suspended I believe that only Shopping.com ever traded again on the OTC:BB. The rest are on the pink sheets. I also suggest that the text of the suspension be read again. The 15c2-11 requirement is very real and will be the reason for what could be a very long halt. I am certain that LEAH won't trade again without audited financials.
