Richard, No doubt some miners ( the big ones ) are at fault. You are right. But let me say this: we know what we speak of. Behind the scenes we have had EXTENSIVE conversations and meetings with our law firm to be. They are as good as it gets and they think we have a good case. They do not need more cases. They are besieged. It just so happens one of the senior partners is a libertarian and a big gold aficionado; thus, he is UNUSUALLY knowledgeable about the gold market. It just so happens he thinks we are right. Bill
