Chris, I hope you are right. CCA shareholders are pretty upset about the merger, and should be. . .they bought an aggressive growth company, then Docktor started his own private corporation and made IT the aggressive growth company instead. . .then merged the empty shell CCA into the REIT, PZN. In my opinion, they should have mailed the CCA holders a nice fat check, for having changed horses mid-stream. And what a nice deal he has. They way the stock has suffered since they pulled this crap, it is great news indeed, to hear that they will cough up a hefty dividend. Rande Is
