Softechie, that thing about not being paid as of September, 1998 is part of a disclosure which may not be at all significant now. I am pretty sure that they bill when their report is written. It would be interesting to check out, but I doubt that that it really represents an unpaid bill at this late date.

IMOT seems to be following the regulations of that affiliation of small companies which practice full financial disclosure. If you look at the bottom of the news release, it lists member companies which are on a watch list by their organization, and IMOT is NOT on it.

I am not on either side here--I don't think we really know enough to come to a conclusion yet. Has anyone actually received their investor information packet, incidentally? A report on that would be very helpful, perhaps.
