That was great...the manners of a gentleman, the heart of a poet, the vision of an eagle!

Speaking of eagle-eyed vision,
did you see where the marines were forced to do an urban assault, in an environmentally correct manner in
Monterrey CA
TOday
hip hip hooray...

The Marine Spokesperson, Lite Col June Holbert was careful to state
ON CAMERA
that this is a simulation of real life urban maneuver, NOT FOR ATTACK PURPOSES, (yeah, right) but for transporting of personell from Navy ships in harbor to shore for the purpose of assisting in a terrorist attack.

Sorry, but all those fresh young buzzcut marines with their chestwired
computerized GPS that won't work post y2k, well, my heart just swelled...
with parental anxiety, that is.

LORDY LORDY...posse commitatus really has been repealed and we're the last to know it!

Long live PDD #25
and keep America safe..
...from our own marines and army in Post Y2K!

Too bad the young'uns don't remember the bomb shelters of the 50s
the Korean Conflict of the 50s
the Big ONE to end all big ones in WWII
and the BIG ONE to begin all big ones in WWI...
etc..

If the young'uns could just see against a tableau
of history, how we were always preparing for THEM...
they might now see that the "1999+ THEMS
are
US in camoflage!

Wonder if they are still handing out the emergency
gold coins/chains and tokens cannisters our fliers
had to carry when they flew behind enemy lines in WWII?

Yes, folks, our gov't issued cannisters of precious
metals to our flyboys which contained foreign gold coins,
gold jewellery and paper instructions as to how to use
it to barter passage back to safety. Then, if the flyboys
returned to base safely, they were debriefed and de-golded,
i.e., stripped of their gold canisters, only to have them
reissued on their next straffing mission or whatever.

Do you suppose the 1999 versions of those American Fighting
Men and Women still contain gold or are they just stuffed
with phoney phfiat?
Gold wouldn't buy much in this land of the numb and the
dumbed down GreenSpandex gold is dead bunch, eh?

And where would we send "them" back to in a hostile urban assault gone bad?
Those dear "thems who are still us'ns?"

God Help us All.

1)Recruiting film under the guise of a peek into Fort Knox,
shown not once but 3 times in 3 days,
2)AFTER the frightening Army assault in Kingsville Texas and Corpus Christi,
3)before the Marine Landing in Monterrey...

Even so, Lord Jesus, quickly come!

Ole "inGott" we trust /49r

And do
