Fer-chris-sakes, in the first deal the "investors" are basically buying shares at half-price! They get 63 shares of common per "unit", and at a price of $0.50 that makes a unit "worth" $31.50 on the market- and they paid $16 and change for it. And in the second deal, whose terms weren't mentioned, I see Integral is in bed with Amerindo- they're on my watch list. Unbelievable what some managements will do. Anaxagoras
