The key, however, could be the word "prompt". Accountants are notoriously late in finishing up. Those of us who put a premium on their work must learn to be patient. If the reporting is of the highest quality, it is worth the wait.

I'm just wondering why you or anyone else is so concerned about the financials after you've bought in. If you were truly cautious with your investments, you would have called MRPS before you put a dime into the company.
Most BB investors accept these risks and hope they made a wise choice.
To incessantly clamor that NOW the company owes you an immediate response to your demand is totally absurd.
I would like them to put their efforts where they see fit. Not stoop to the Johny-Come-Lately-Here-to Leach-Off-Your-Hard-Work impatient shareholder who now wants to dictate what and how they'll do things. They've already stated their strong desire to get listed, and full disclosure is part of that, so what else do you expect them to do?
Again, if you are so concerned and so astute, you should have gotten financials BEFORE you invested. Do not suggest that every shareholder should now start pestering them and demand to get the statements out ASAP.
Does that make sense?
