So you think the action implies imminent takeover?

I was inferring from the message that you thought stock could go at 30 in 6 mos. That was my retort. If it goes now a couple of days trading big up and the price is around 20, I guess. I read the TSC options report also, so it could happen

What the hell are you talking about, Timmy ?? You are screaming of Pair gains (nice pun), but you totally missed 100%+ returns on smaller capped oil stock plays. UTI and MRL are both about to hit double digits, and thus both are about to return these major gains in as little a 10 trading days. Not to mention that they are outstanding value plays, with a solid sector bottom that has been tested 5 times. Where the hell where you when I screamed about AWRE when it was 8 ?? Look at it now. Forget PAIR, and look at Cabletron. Its and easy rise from the current 8 to 15+, buyout or not. Fact is Merril Lynch is looking for a suitor for CS and the time near for CS to raise its stock price or fold.
