Thanks for the bane warning.

There likely were cheap shares to the founder of the company as per initial PR's but in my mind it was his company - he owned it, it was his idea, he had a right to it, I have no problem with this.

I would have a problem if the shares were dumped, or if additional shares / ridiculous options were issued. From my quizing of the mgt. this is not happening (assuming honesty prevails).

And from the looks of the long term intent the short term dumping would be a poor financial choice considering the significant appreciation possible.

One always needs to be careful - which is one reason fully reporting and NASDAQ are IMPERATIVE if BIGG intends to make it in the real world. With NASDAQ comes the filing of shareholder stock sales which adds another element of shareholder confidence.
