<OT> Charles Schwab Problem

I'm looking for opinions on the following situation.

I had a GTC order to sell an OTC:BB stock at a limit price of $1.75. I placed the order before the market opened. In fact, about 12 hours before the market opened.

The next day, I was watching the bid/ask on freerealtime.com. I saw the ask at $1.875 but never saw my ask at a lower price of $1.75 come up. I even saw the bid come up to $1.75 but my order never filled.

The stock closed at $1 5/8 with 20,000 shares traded.

I called Schwab and they connected me to a broker. He placed me on hold for a few minutes and told me that I may be "due a fill". He turned it over to their research department. Yesterday, I got a voicemail message from Schwab that said, although the bid was at $1 3/4 for a short time, I was not due a fill since it wasn't there long enough. I don't think the order ever made it to the market maker since I never saw my ask price show up.

Any suggestions as to my course of action. I'm so infuriated about this that I may leave Schwab.

TIA,

Sam
