Most good Indian restaurants serve mango lassis.

The recipe I was given by a chef at Zyka (home of the orgasmic lassi):

2 cups yogurt (he said "fresh curds")
1 mango
3 Tbs sugar
Milk (according to desired consistency)

Blend until smooth, then chill or serve over ice.

I've tried this at home, but my versions (and there have been a few) just don't stack up to the ones at Zyka. I just can't get the tart quality that sends my eyes rolling backwards (bet it's the yogurt I've been using.)

Mango Lassi--it's a taste sensation!
