Gord the PP was oversold by twice as much so Winspear could have raised 36mil instead of 12mil.

I don't doubt your point Gord. It is just that negative surprises like this one will affect the timing of results and likely precipitate another share value decline. Price was soft on Friday which may be accounted for in the above mentioned rumor. I am in the mood for a little good news on WSP not just hype. There has been a good share of that as you know. Ah me patience is being tested again! If RT allows Aber to maintain their share of the project in spite of the default then I will not be impressed. Ray
