Does the NASDAQ have a problem with porn?

NASDAQ LOVES PORN

The NASDAQ has no problem with porn. They love the stuff! Here is a partial listing of porn related NASDAQ issues:

PLA
SPZE
NOOF
RICK

Will Kly bill be an issue?

No, since SNMM does not knowingly accept bets from the US. Go to the Larry Holmes site and look at what is said about that.

Harrah's and Circus/Circus preventing listing?

Why do they care? Weather SNMM is NASDAQ or BB will not stop the company from its competition with them. They're probably just going to sit back and watch hoping that the Kyl bill isn't passed. Then if i-gaming is regulated and not banned, they will jump in too. They had 2,004,000,000 in revenue last year. If legalization happens there will be a bidding war from them and every other casino to buy up the i-gamers. And with all the money these guys make, Starnet will go for a lot of bucks. Of course Microsoft who seems to want a piece of all net action might buy SNMM up first.

Will NASDAQ want to align itself with SNMM, a company involved in a business sector so new and untested?

Yes, that is why they came into existance. Remember, "NASDAQ the stock market of the next generation." They've been so succesful that now even the NYSE is trying to get in on the action.

If SNMM is not accepet what happens?

The stock price will sink of course. But look at all the MM's. What is it, 22 now? They smell money. They are jumping on this stock in droves. MM's aren't stupid - I wish I was one. By their actions they are showing that they at least believe we will be listed. And I think they know more than you or I.

Just my thoughts.MIZESA <<
