chapin,

I'm sorry to hear you learned a hard lesson. It usually happens to EVERYONE sometime or another in investing. However, let me say that I've seen MakeMoney around for sometime now, and I must say that he KNOWS what he is talking about very much. Is he always right? Nobody is always right (except the GOOD LORD), when it comes to investing. But let me say this guy knows a ton about making money, and giving others the STOCK ideas to make other people a lot of money. But remember ONE THING, when it comes to making a decision, IT'S GOTTA BE YOUR OWN. If you can't do that, investing is going to be tough on ya.

Take care, and God Bless!
Pask

chapin ...

I have tried very hard to stay out of this dialog but I'll put in my 2 cents worth. I just checked your SI profile, and noticed the stocks you are in. I happen to be in all those also, and I can tell you they are NOT stocks for the faint-hearted or novice stock market investor. I am in them because I know how to play the game, and I learned the hard way too. You are right, a lot of games are being played on the internet, but not by the person you are pointing your finger at. The advice I give people who are new to the stock market these days is to paper-trade for a while. Watch what people who already own the stock are saying about it, check daily PRICE/VOLUME movement on Yahoo!, then put your money in only when you feel comfortable. Let me share this fact with you - I was losing money in micro cap stocks until I started following MakeMoney, and I learnt how to play this game from the advice he gives to me and others so freely. He is not out to hurt anyone.

Take care, and have fun investing!
