Hi..did you check out that url and the description of what jobs have been created..
I don't believe in efficient market theory ..especially when I read how leveraged ltcm was and how many big institutions were involved in
that.but I do believe in big time "efficient cronism".so little money comparatively to control so much..
Buffett makes his fortune by looking at the inefficient market..
he could care less it appears about the amazons..etc
actually I wonder if he will decide to take part in internet craze
by selling advertising space at his web site..
As to productivity..I think after all those voice menus that save
companies money..I wonder how many callers are breaking things at
the frustration of reaching the information that is needed..(and thus creating more demand :-( )
I wonder if commodities are so cheap also because the so many emerging
countries have to sell whatever they have at distressed prices because
of the lovely global economy..
I thought the mention of heroin addict was quite cute here
