To Ditchdigger and ....,

I am just curious why should TSIG.com explains any of their internal matters to us, eventhough they are doing the best they can to inform us on the company progress as much as possible through indirect channels

No matter how many Ks of TSIG shares you own, I don't see anywhere where it says TSIG.com has to do this or that for anyone of us. Nobody forced you or myself to buy any shares. We did it on our own. If you don't like the way TSIG.com run their business, then you are free to sell you shares and go on to your next investment.

I don't know when the site will open. As far as I am concerned nobody has a clue, because there was no PR PUBLISHED BY THE COMPANY STATING WHEN THAT DATE WILL BE. I personally hope they will take their sweet time, until they feel comfortable with it, and then you will get your PR. I am certain RG learned from his mistake from the current site, and that is a sign of a good CEO. He wants to get the job done, and not blow out smoke to help you make a quick buck. Everybody wants it up this week, well I don't care how much you guys jump up & down, the site will open when TSIG.com IS READY to put it out. Of course you can speculate all what you want about the opening date, and that is our right. TSIG.com has a plan, and one of their goals is shareholders satisfaction. Marty keeps emphasizing that RG is a shareholder as well, and it is in his best interest for the company to do well, because he has more at stake than all of us put together. TSIG.com's goal is for the share price to go up on its merit in the long term. Once again I will quote Marty, and that to be next year and later.

Even an Insane human being can see that this company has achieved a great deal so far, and if that is not enough for you, well, do what you think is best, and forget about this company. If you tell us that you don't own any shares in this company, well I have yet to see anyone that has asked you for an advice regarding investing in TSIG.com.

Best of luck to all

Ellen..form 3 ..initial filing for officers(% of ownership does not matter--the filing informs shareholders of the officers holdings)..
3, 4 and 5
Every director, officer or owner of more than ten percent of a
class of equity securities registered under Section 12 of the
'34 Act must file with the Commission a statement of
ownership regarding such security. The initial filing is on
Form 3 and changes are reported on Form 4. The Annual
Statement of beneficial ownership of securities is on Form
5. The forms contain information on the reporting person's
relationship to the company and on purchases and sales of
such equity securities.
PS: as to your piffle regarding the FLOORLESS PP,,reread the letter(with letterhead<g>) from the company..Conversion is based on the stock price--hence, the term floorless)
PSS: don't bother responding to me,don't want an RMIL situation all over again..thanks..I'll wait for the SEC to mail the filings to me(hopefully this week),before I post here again.

Ellen,
Catching up on the thread & saw you post the same misinformation twice, maybe if I highlight the or's in the paragraph it will become clear to you.

Securities Exchange Act of 1934

Section 16 -- Directors, Officers, and Principal Stockholders

a.Every person who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than 10 per centum of any class of any equity security (other than an exempted security) which is registered pursuant to Section 12 of this title, or who is a director or an officer of the issuer of such security, shall file, at the time of the registration of such security on a national securities exchange or by the effective date of a registration statement filed pursuant to Section 12(g) of this title, or within ten days after he becomes such beneficial owner, director, or officer, a statement with the Commission (and, if such security is registered on a national securities exchange, also with the exchange) of the amount of all equity securities of such issuer of which he is the beneficial owner, and within ten days after the close of each calendar month thereafter, if there has been a change in such ownership during such month, shall file with the Commission (and if such security is registered on a national securities exchange, shall also file with the exchange), a statement indicating his ownership at the close of the calendar month and such changes in his ownership as have occurred during such calendar month.

"Don't they have to own a certain amount before that's required?"
Not directors or officers

Hope this helps you out, the word or has meaning.
