Sources, who involved from the TI end, state that they were not happy with the way technology was presented compared to reality. Could you please expand / 'splain this to me, Fabeyes? As far as class action suits, sure that could happen, and probably will, but I don't think it will change behavior of those involved. Especially TXN. And I would be doing a bunch of steady hedging if I was TXN so as to not kill the market come unrestricted day. I've never had to dump 10s of millions of shares so maybe Earlie, Fleck, Burke or LaFountain can explain how it is done in a stealth fashion. -g- Regards, Ice
