Pre split 200MM authorized 195MM outstanding - immediately after the split some 500K shares were issued taking outstanding to the current 3.5MM shares. All in round figures. Since then the company did not issue more shares. Wether history will repeat 1:1 is hard to say - Probably not as we have Lou Wiener aboard, that should mean new ideas !! - But no doubt, we have to watch it closely. F.ex. one of the last news stating OS and Float/restricted cannot be correct IMO - Unless a split remove restrictions - which to my knowledge it does not. Kr Jens
