Totally agree Ken. BTW I don't mean to be overly combative regarding Oracle or the posters here (I was criticized for that once) - in this case though I think some of this pain could have been avoided with some simple guidance to analysts from management and I can't see why they didn't do that. They could have couched it with a positive like "customers are waiting for 8i... pent up demand, etc." (whether that was true or not, even they don't know). Thats part of the reason I don't like Henley too much - stuff like this.... this has nothing to do with vision it is simply expectation delivery. Michelle
