I'm not trying to upset you,

by saying their were shady things going on a few years back. I think something a little strange had to of happen to get hooked up with someone like Rossi but,I think they have paid their dues for it and actually us shareholders too.

I do think all us this is behind them now, and they will make lots and lots of money now for the company and of course us shareholders. My odds for the success of this company is 82/18% (and of course the 82% is in MRPS's favor).

RG,

On one of your notes about financials triggered a thought that I will add here. I work for a large electronics company and before we buy any new products we check out the company fairly throughly. Mainly to protect ourselves and verify future support of the products we are buying. If we do not think the company will survive we will not buy no matter how great the product is. What do you do with it if it breaks? One of the first questions we ask is about ISO. If the production factory is not ISO qualified that is a major red flag. For those of us who have been through an audit you know they are a pain but they serve a purpose. The MRPS factory is ISO qualified.

Now I'm not saying that GM, Ford or the government share these same concerns but if they don't they should.

Joe
