Hi Raymond,

I'm not sure I understand your question. Qwest is expanding internationally, which sounds like a good plan, since it appears the dominant players are going to be global.

It appears that Qwest strategy has been to establish themselves in the U.S., then branch internationally. GBLX is going international first. It will be interesting to see how their strategy unfolds for the U.S. market.

At the present time I suspect that this fast expanding market is large enough for several players. At some point the inevitable consolidation to a few dominant players will occur, but that is still a ways off. The demand for bandwidth is exploding, and will continue for some time IMO.
