Sid, incredibly, I read your post, and I wasn't offended by anything in it. That could be a first, although you did make a few a while back that had some good suggestions that I found worthwhile. By the way, aren't you at all concerned that you have been credited as 50% of the reason the other poster sold his shares at a loss? Aren't you at all concerned that DCHT could as easily be at 3 a few months from now, and that he may decide he wants to sue you for scaring the crap out of him and thus causing his losses? Back to your questions though. I played a round of golf with the President of Antaeus a few weekends ago, and during that outing, I learned all there is to know about Antaeus. Unfortunately the line is drawn quite clearly between what the public wants to know, and companies giving out information that is not available to all investors., and that line will never be respected by anonymous internet posters, and therefore everyone will just have to wait to see what develops. An interesting article in the paper today spoke about Wade Cook Financial group suing 12 posters for slanderous remarks, etc. that he is alleging hurt his company. Also FYI, for $300 I can get a subpeona and get the real name and address and phone number of anyone I want on SI or anywhere else, and if you think $300 matters to me, I would say you are again mistaken. Raytheon Corp. has also recently gained the names and addresses of 12 posters, some of which are employees of Raytheon, so the online services are becoming more and more co-operative with requests for identities. That trend will continue to grow until all of them require real names and verification; that is coming. I am in the process of preparing my own bulletin board service which will render SI, Raging Bull and Yahoo useless and will eliminate the need for honest and hard working people to have to defend themselves and their investments from the likes of losers who hide behind their desktops and can post whatever they want when they want without fear of reprisal. Did you forget the long apology you made when you feared I would get your real name and identity Sid? The schoolyard of today is the courtroom, and money does indeed talk a lot louder than anyone with a big stick. I enjoyed watching you cower when you believed my Uncle was going to hunt for you and you wisely covered your ass with that long apology and retractions of your misrepresentations. Enjoy this while it lasts because this board will soon be rendered as obsolete and irrelevant as you and your buddy Francois. Now if you don't mind, Sir Alex wants me to take him to the barn so he can ride his thoroughbred on this outrageously gorgeous south florida day.

Here is an apology: No one, including me, can state with any certainty that you are engaged in a pump'n dump scheme with regard to DCHT, however it may appear. The pumping part is obvious to all - your massive spams using a variety of names over the web posting and reposting your "research reports" on DCHT. Since I have no proof, or even reason to believe, that you have yet dumped the 100,000 share block in DCHT you were given by the company, nor any proof that you intend to sell it at any particular price or time, then there isn't yet the "dump" part of a pump'n dump scheme, and I can't prove that there ever will be. For all I know, you intend to hold you DCHT position for 100 years. As you well know, I have never said anything even remotely slanderous or libelous about DCHT. I have stated frequently that in my opinion it appears to be a small, but honest company that has made a bad mistake spending its limited funds on you. To balance out your demands on Yahoo, I will inform Yahoo that you (under one of your other names) were kicked off of SI for making physical threats against me. I believe you have no intention of suing me, since your chance of success is zero, but are seeking information only in order to harass me or do violence against me or my family. I will let Yahoo know that it will be held responsible for the consequences of any information it provides you. Actually, there shouldn't be any reason for me to post any more warnings about you on this thread. Your admission of your relationship to DCHT saves me the need to do it, and this recent spasm of crazed posts backs up my description of you as an intemperate man possibly inclined to violence. As I have frequently stated here and on your other spam outlets, I don't object to a company spending money on PR. I do object to paid advertisements disguised as posts by independent investors. Toss in your disclaimers and you won't hear a peep out of me. Please Sid, just live up to your word.
