TO GOLFDAD... I'M POSTING HERE because I don't seem to be smart enough to post on YAHOO!.

Two questions: 1) what does VTA do to the neovasculature of wound healing, or for example the collateral circulation after something like a superficial femoral thrombosis (or a coronary artery thrombosis)?

2) I assume the reason that TNT is injected directly into glioblastomas is because of the blood-brain barrier. For visceral tumors I assume that parenteral administration would be sufficient, and that TNT would seek out its target like a "majic bullet". Is this correct?
