Dennis: >>End of fiscal 1st qtr 2000.<< Yup, right there in the middle of their cut-n-pasting SEC filing it's stated. Funny how BOTH sides seem to be ignoring this statement that clearly ain't a part of the cut-n-paste. Oh, yeah, it comes with the usual legalistic caveats, but the fact of the matter is it was purposely placed in this filing.

Given how reticent VLNC is, as we all know, about ANY commentary, the sheer fact they bothered to place that statement in so public of a document speaks loud and clear to me. So I look for VLNC(if they've got any P.R. savy at all) to make some sort of announcement regarding plant efficacy sometime in April, and am standing by my prior stated timeframe for p.o. commitments based on this statement(but would like it very much if VLNC dashed my expectations by announcing something earlier, heh).

Anyone care to tear themselves away from this endless C.C. and hoaxster Mr. Bill yakitty yak and comment on this?

John~

<<They state a projection that these much talked about lines will be intergrated and operational(read here "we'll be ready to go") by end of VLNC's 1st quarter in their fiscal year 2000. This means the end of this March.>>

Uh, Dennis and John. Might I remind you that Valence's 1st fiscal quarter ends at the end of June? Or would this be too much negative speculation? Sheesh, with all the VLNC experts and inside information on this thread, I'd have thought at least you guys know the difference between calendar and fiscal quarters.
