FYI, Jfax is pissed big time. EFAX just blew their economic model out of the water. Something north of $20 M has been invested by VC's into that company. Now that EFAX is giving the basic service away there's no way in hell that a) JFAX can go public and b) raise any more dough. It looked initially like the two were in different spaces, Jfax being corporate and EFAX being SOHO (small office/home office) but times are a changin quickly and it looks like BIG, BIG corporations (as the hypsters would say) are interested in EFAX and its enhanced service offerings. But of course, only time will tell....

As for RBOC's & long haul carriers, they are potential partners of EFAX as they are always looking for new revenue services, like say fax forwarding.
