pardon my soapbox, can't we just do a stock swap, the governments 100 percent share of the IRS, in a stock swap deal for intuit, just put all the tax stuff online, by Y2K, turn Y2K in to a positive, make it the seed of the equivalent benefit, fire all the IRS workers, just do it, man, what the heck are those mormons in utah, waiting for, can't they just fire everyone, shut down the buildings, and let intuit, or intuit-equivalent take over, we don't need no stinkin IRS, we don't need em, they are waisting <sic> everyone's money, everyone would be bettter off, and no one would be worse off...
