TSSW - My reasons for buying

a) Price to Sales: TSSW: 1.61 Industry: 19.75
b) Price to Book: TSSW: 1.03 Industry: 15.83
c) Industry Avg Price to Earnings: 60.14
* TSSW has reported 3 straight qtrs of lower losses:
Loss of .25 in the 2nd qtr
Loss of .12 in the 3rd qtr
Loss of .03 in the 4th qtr ( with a .02 restructuring charge )

2) Company has strong financial ratios
a) Debt to Equity - 0.00
b) LTD to Equity - 0.00
c) Quick Ratio TSSW 2.64 versus Industry 2.65
d) Current Ratio 2.96 versus Industry 2.78

3) Company announced the acquisition of Unicore. . a company with over 3.4 million in revenue and positive Net Income which was up over 100%.
a) The new CEO of Unicore will be taking over TSSW. He has accepted payment in TSSW shares priced at $1.00 . He previously bought shares at $1.2.

I have been long on TSSW for over 2 years. Biggest problem with this company has been management's inability to develop a marketing strategy that was effective at maintaining profitability for its products which have won numerous awards. . Product of the year nomination . . win list etc

I use price ratios to determine the upside potential. The new CEO now has a big stake in this company.
