Zeev : If 'Jim Crombie' calls again, ask him why they (RGC) did a 360 and demanded conversion after agreeing with HEC to extend the period out one year. Seems to me that they didn't get what they wanted (more HEC shares) to complete their task. RGC must stand for Real Gutless Crybabies! RFB

Zeev: Did the guy who identified himself as "Crombie" indicate whether or not he was contacting you specifically with regard to your comments on the HEC-related floorless financings, or was he bullying you about your more general comments on floorless financings or with respect to some other specific company's floorless on which you had commented? Do we have reason to believe that he was RGC-involved or possibly related to one of the many other companies' floorless financers who may feel they have been hurt by your smartening people up? Steve
