Don't count too much that the rally was due to the Patent press release.

Just because the rooster crows and the sun comes up, does not mean the rooster made the sun come up.

The volume of that spike tells you that pros and institutions were buying. The female sexual patent was known to most of us 5 days earlier, I have to assume that major buyers were not surprised by the press release.

We are a long way from a marketable product in that area. I think there was something else driving the buying. Whether it was hedged short covering or opening new positions, that Press release was not enough to drive it to what we saw.

TA is very strong on the stock when viewed on a daily interval basis:

I'm sorry but this strength on MACD does not come from a press release about a product that has yet to be created.

Just IMHO, I'm still waiting for the real story.
