Did you read those two books by Jeff Cooper? I'm trying to steer clear of too many books because "indicator envy' can only detract and not add to our knowledge. But on the other end of continuum, You have to understand that the difference between real trading ability and just the luck of the bull market is hard to distinguish. That is why I say if you just rely on spoon fed buys/sells you won't have any tools necessary in a capricious bull/bear tug of war market. So a rudimentary/basic knowledge of technical/fundamental analysis is mandatory.
