I think if he would smile a bit it would help his cause...and stop using stupid cliches...Pyramid scheme....no doubt he probably works very hard...but hard work is not all.....identifying trends and Da FED is Key.....anyway....just tell him to practice smiling in da mirror...I do it all da time....matter of fact I am in love with myself....
