Rocketman, my concern is the ability of AOL to hold on to the NSCP people after they have exercised their stock options. It is indeed a very wise move on Steve Case's part to hand over the mantle of technical leadership to NSCP (Andresson). However, Microsoft is opening a large facility (expected to employ 1200 people) in Silicon Valley. It is within a stone's throw from NSCP in Mountain View, CA. Recruiters are on the prowl in skill starved Silicon Valley. SO THE NSCP PERSONNEL. What will they do after they cash in on their options? I mean here is MSFT waiting on the sidelines in Silicon Valley to hire.

That, my folks is my concern and I would appreciate if others post what they think on this issue.
