Dennis,

Of course every contract has to be negotiated, but the design is for TSIG to do the negotiations from the cost of the PromoCard. That would leave the CD sales to TSIG.

Again according to the negotiations but I would think the MusicCard sales would also revert to TSIG unless they offered a bite to the sponsoring company. Since we are doing a split with the charities, there might be a gimme to the corporate sponsor for their business. Think what that would do as an enticement to some of our struggling corporations like NISSAN for example.
