Well Mic What is it that has you so upset here are your last two posts on Jaws,a big change of attitude. Mac .. I'm not sure I understand your question either. We're not waiting for an auditor's report - we're waiting on the SEC so that we can finally have fully reporting status. You can look at what we filed to the SEC on the Edgar site. The numbers in the filing are nothing to write home about, but having fully reporting status means that, in the future, we will be required to file 10Qs and have full disclosure as to any material changes with the company. The majority of brokers and investors that I talk to don't really care about what happened last year re: numbers, but they are most interested in our prospects for 1999 and 2000.
