Rob: I have found lots of bugs on the initial versions of the Beta, especially when it came to content. I sent WCTI my feedback, and in some cases did see some improvements. So I am sure the problem you identified exists--I don't have to check it. I don't want to put too much emphasis on the quality of the product on this first Beta release (remeber how bad Windows was until Microsoft released their 3rd version?). However, I WILL be concerned if the Beta doesn't show improvements over a reasonable span of time, like a month or so. I think WCTI management knows that, so they are putting a lot of effort in the next release.
