I can't see DSL in its current forms making any headway in areas where cable is also available. The price/performance just isn't even close. DSL will be successful only where it has no effective competition. FBBW will thrive as wearable computing takes off and enters the mainstream over the next five or so years. There is a real convergence going on which George hasn't yet addressed. Cellphones are getting 'smarter' while PCs are getting more mobile. At some point the difference between a smart cellphone and a wearable computer will be more one of semantics than anything else. That's when IP-everywhere demand will support massive FBBW deployment.
