Spamming is putting out information that is not asked for on a broad scenario ... I do not know whether it is illegal or not. Commericals also pay for the right to spam on the networks it is called advertising. Now whether the laws and interpretations of said laws are stupid, I do not know.

As far as who knows what they are talking about deals basically with who has the best education, background and attorney. I have learned in the past year innuendoes apparently carry a lot of weight and proving them is extremely difficult but who wants the grief or the cost.

Now as far as a professional ... if you receive compensation are you not a professional since you are paid for your opinion and belief. All this is about to be defined I believe.

As far as TMex goes, he has the money to defend himself and he has always told people exactly what he is/was doing. Heck, we all day trade and what not. Some are savy and some aren't. The internet has changed the investment world and the SEC is trying to get a grip on it is all.

What does the future hold? I do not know but the SEC and government is going to do something. Robbing banks was a very profitable occupation until a law was passed making it illegal.

Oh well just my opinion and because of Joe's honest disclosure that he was extremely short term, I have never followed his picks or service. But if I own a stock he brought out, I definitely sold into his ability to move a stock.

Gary

Money, GaBard, et al, I'm trying to get a reference area together on the various issues regarding SEC investigations and posters and companies involved in postings. Just trying to have a space/thread soley dedicated to such, so that if anyone wants to find out anything they can go to it.

If you want that on a Rande Is thd that's fine with me, but again, I think a dedicated thread is a good idea. Just my opinion, what does everyone think?
Subject 26566

I read through some textbooks, made some notes, and posted these on that site.

No ego stuff from me, if you want those posts on this thd here anyone, let me know and I'll paste them over here.

Helping the little guy (of which I am one) out and there is no reward for doing so, but for hearing your feedback. As I've said in those disclaimers I've put out, if there's anything that offends, pls let me know.
