Billy, there is a fellow named Colin Cody on this thread: #Subject-5727 He'd be the fellow to ask IMO.

I don't believe that you can declare it a loss unless the company is declared a total loss by the Fed, but it's an arcane area of tax law, so don't hold me to it.

Yes it can but you must provisde documentatioin that it is gone asnd has no market ..give me the symbol and I will help you get the documentation,...

keep in mind that if it resumes trading you wilkl have a gain on the new cost basis of zero for the new year..
