I've posted once before, but you're still asking the same questions. If you really want to know, call the company and ask them to fax the detail sheet on the Reverse Split. If I still had it I would answer your question directly, but trashed it after a few weeks. The additional shares AFTER the split, as I recall, were to Krumholz and for unnamed purposes, perhaps management incentive or whatever, don't know. Have been in since early '98, watched it, was out, saw the price jump and got back in just in case, then did DD, and am currently out. Wish the best for longs, but IMO it is gonna take less press and more sound business bottom line to get this one up and keep it there. Best wishes. (PS, am neither a shorter or a basher).
