quite right, but I think Yogen Fruz's main interest in epie is their product labels, brand recognition, and the efficiencies in product delivery to the retail outlets-1 truck as opposed to 2 trucks to the same outlet. I think YF.A is actually happy to see the price of epie shares drop as it makes the cost of what they are really after cheaper to acquire.

Quite right, but I think Yf.a is more interested in the other benefits epie has to offer: product labels, brand recognition, strong market share, shelve space, delivery savings, etc.

Re: Nasdaq listing- I stated imminent over the next year, probably a bad combination of words, but just re-stating what I was told. Getting on the Nasdaq is never an overnight process anyway. However you have had TSE companies jump the que by acquiring an American presence. ie. ATI Tech.
