Go back and look at the two PRs on the Lifetime Learning. They are written slightly different. The first was released by TSIG in the normal fashion everyone complains about. The second was released and worded by a PR firm to see if there was any difference. Both tracked the same. The primary thing a PR firm will do for you is represent the company to analysts and others. TSIG is about to be ready to have the credentials to get that representation noticed. The PR firm should be on board very soon.
