David: I am not defending anyone....However if you look at exercised options....and....prices paid compared to current values, I'm sure you would get an idea of how they feel.... I'm not privy to inside information, but I have a gut feeling that the exercise of these options have really been used to fund the ongoing operations of the company.... These same directors are also prepared to step up to the plate with substantial financial sums when they are required to take the company to the next level... Yes they will be handsomely rewarded, but so will the shareholders. Sir Robert
