Dan; Take a serious look at NWL! It's paid cash div's since 1946! Compounded Revenue growth of over 20% per year over the last 25 years & EPS growth of over 20% over the same period. With the RBD Acq. finalized it will take NWL into a new area of "Large Cap" trading and multiples as well! (Compare PE of NWL to that of others: HD, WMT! Last my father-in-law is the retired Chairman and CEO of this company! He still is a director and is the largest Individual shareholder of this Company! Fidelity also holds around 10% of it's outstanding as well! Look for continued growth by Acq. latter this year as well! Steve
