Scan: You must have me mixed up with someone else. I don't recall ever taking "pot shots" at you. On the contrary, I remember you using one of my posts in support of your arguments against Arca. It was long ago, but I believe it had something to do with my never leaving an order on TNTO because of the small volume.

What posts are you refering to?

Peace.

Scan: I found the only post that I ever wrote with your name in it. It was to you.

techstocks.com

It was an appeal for civility in the spirit of Christmas in a running argument on the MB Trading thread between you and funk.

This you call a pot shot?

By the way, I have long since left MB Trading.

And I respect your efforts in opposing organized crime in the securities business. And to the degree that your argument with the principals of Terra Nova is right and just, I wish you success. Hopefully by your efforts, thieves will hesitate before embarking on bilking customers in the ECN business. If by the their intimidation, we are all silent, they will win.

You are obviously not a person easily intimidated.

Regards,

Sword

Fane: I'm a lot happier with my fills since abandoning ARCA and MBT. Since coming to Yamner, I sometimes ask, "How did you do that?" to the broker on the other end of the line. I'm just not used to getting fills that good.

Keep in mind that when you are in a situation, with a broker, it is easy to have a narrow field of view of what is normal and what is not, what is true and what is not.

PM me sometime. I have an idea for collecting data on ARCA that you might be interested in. I'm a programmer.
